Refund Policy

Isle is sold by APPLU DIGITAL LTDA through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record.

14 days, no questions asked

If Isle isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you’ll get your money back. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order; or
• write to contato@pedromamare.com with the email you bought with.

Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is deactivated on every Mac. Isle goes back to the trial state, and once the trial is over a new license is needed.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. Your rights under consumer protection law are not affected by this policy.
